PATRIOTIC KIDS BIKE PARADE

A summer tradition in Travelers Rest is the Kid's Bike Parade which is hosted by the mayor's office. Participants will line up their bikes which are decorated in their best red, white and blue and wheel around the Travelers Rest Farmers' Market lawn. Participants will be given free ice cream and prizes are awarded to the most patriotic and most creative decorated bikes. The event will be held at Trailblazer Park, 235 Trailblazer Drive, Travelers Rest on Saturday July 2nd from 11 A.M to 12 PM.

JULY FESTIVAL, EASLEY SC

The annual fetival runs from July 2nd through July 4 at Old Market Square in Easley. Saturday hours start at 12 noon, Sunday 1:30 PM and Monday 1 PM. The festival includes music, the Ultimate Dog Show, and a Kid's zone, all are FREE.

GREENVILLE RED WHITE AND BLUE FESTIVAL

The Red White and Blue Festival will be held on Monday July 4th from 5 PM to 10 PM. The event will be held on Main Street from Broad Street to Augusta Street.

Downtown Fireworks will be from 6 PM until 10 PM at Unity Park in Greenville.

FOURTH OF JULY CELEBRATION, HENDERSONVILLE NC

The annual event will be held on Monday July 4th at the Hendersonville Visitors' Center. Music will be provided at two stages and includes 5 PM Lonesome Road Band at the historic courthouse; 7 PM BSE Box at the Visitor's Center; 7 PM Super Break at the historic courthouse. At 7 pm Main Street will be closed to car traffic from 2nd Avenue south to Caswell Street. Food trucks, games, face painting, inflatables, a craft corner, giveaways will be there. Fireworks will begin between 9 and 9:15 PM. Fireworks....find a spot to see the display by 9 PM. The launch spot is off of South Grove Street. A large ballon will be launched on the morning of the 4th to signify visibility - if you can see the balloon you can see the fireworks. Bring a chair to the concert areas. Alcohol, backpacks and coolers are prohibited.
