Brookshires Celebrate 77 Years Of Marriage

Alvin and Bonnie Brookshire of Taylors celebrate their 77th wedding anniversary on May 22nd. Both are life long residents of the area and recently celebrated their 95th birthdays. Alvin is a World War II Navy veteran, having served in the Pacific Theater during the war. He retired from the Greenville News after 33 years as the City Supervisor of the Circulation Department.
