Spring Park Senior Living Has Been Sold

Birmingham' (Alabama) Atlas Senior Living has purchased three senior living communities in South Carolina.

Financial details of the transactions, which closed Feb. 5, were not disclosed.

The properties include Spring Park in Travelers Rest, Fairview Park in Simpsonville and Oakview Park in Powdersville. The facilities offer both assisted living and memory care options for seniors.

Each community has 66 total rooms with 48 apartments for assisted living and 18 apartments for memory care. Atlas Senior Living is preparing for a mid-year expansion at Fairview Park in Simpsonville that will involve building independent living apartments.

Atlas Senior Living now owns and operates 11 communities in Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky, South Carolina and Tennessee.
